 Returns Policy:

  • We offer return or replacement of products ordered on our website within 2 days of delivery in case of only Damage/Defect during shipment.
    (For Defect related claims, we may ask you for a Video Proof of opening the Parcel. So once you receive the parcel from Delivery boy, you are advised to make a video while opening of the parcel. Before tearing the packing make sure you clearly show the parcel along with clear view of your order details. Then open the parcel and check the product.)
  • If a product is to be returned or replaced, please do not use it and preserve it in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition.
Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

  • We aim to process refunds within 7 business days from the date the returned product clears our quality checks at the warehouse.
  • Refunds are subject to the transaction process and processing time taken by the concerned bank after the NEFT is initiated by us.
  • If a returned product does not clear quality checks or if we find evidence of fraud or refund abuse, we reserve the right to cancel the refund request.
  • Refunds for orders paid via bank account/credit card/debit card will be credited to your bank/credit card account.
  • Please ensure you provide correct bank details for refunds.
  • A non-refundable advance payment of ₹500 is required for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. It's a Non-Refundable after the product dispatch.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • RTO charges may be applicable.
Conditions

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Specified customized cricket bats are not eligible for Item Cancellation/return or refund.
  • Products sold under Stock Clearance Sales cannot be replaced or refunded. Please ensure you order the correct size and product.
  • ₹500 advance payment is required for COD orders, non-refundable after dispatch.
  • Damages due to misuse of product;
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
  • Any consumable item which has been used/installed;
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
  • Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.

How to Return

  • Send an email to our customer support at teamharrysport@gmail.com  mentioning the reason for return.
    The subject of the email must start with "Return-(Reason)"
  • If any product gets damaged in shipment, we will replaced. We will ask you for a Video Proof of opening the Parcel. So, once you receive the parcel from Delivery boy, you are advised to make a video while opening of the parcel.
